What I'm Grateful for?

Do you have a "What I'm Grateful for Journal"?  I Do.....I feel like I HAVE to write down everything I am Grateful for.

I believe it really puts it out there.  I NEED God to know how VERY GRATEFUL I am for ALL that we have.

Besides being Grateful for everything that we have like our home, family, friends, jobs, shop, health etc...the little things are so important too.

Proverbs 31

I love reading new blogs.  Don't you?   Life seems fun, exciting, interesting and gives me more and more ideas for mine.  I came across a blog called Good Morning Girls.  It caught my attention......well because my boutique is called My Girls, so of course I had to check it out.  It's about learning more about the Bible.  WOW!!  A co-worker and I have been talking for several weeks about getting to know the Bible more.  I think this was meant for me to find.

Good Morning Girls is learning about the Proverbs 31 Woman.  Love this, but a little stressful trying to meet those expectations.  It's hard having a full time job, brand new shop and then running home to cook, clean, doing the dishes, laundry ect. When I get home I'm totally exhausted.  I just want to eat and go to bed. 

This new program I have joined has given me inspiration to do better.  We are just getting started on Week 2

My Girls Boutique Now Open

Since starting a website in September 2010 my dreams were to open an accessory shop with some apparel. Actually it has always been a dream of mine. 

Growing up I couldn't get enough of accessories.  It was my favorite part of shopping.  Not that I didn't love shopping for clothes....I did!!!... My mom and I spent almost every weekend, it seemed like at the mall.  My mom has always been a classy and fabulous dresser.  Like CoCo Chanel says,
"A girl should be two things Classy and Fabulous"  I  totally agree with her.

Well.....we finally did it!  We opened our new shop this past April.  I'm so excited.   Our shop has many accessories such as handbags, jewelry, scarves, flip flops, hats, beach bags, sunglasses, coffee tumblers and so much more.  Our apparel lines are t-shirts, skirts, soap, hats, and belt buckles from Dang Chicks and spa wear that is a must.  We carry little girls outfits, bows and headbands from Mud Pie.      Monogramming accessories that are handmade like bibs, blankets, tutus, flip flops, onesies, t-shirts and aprons is one of our specialties.

We hope you will come and enjoy a day on the square in Carrollton, eat lunch and visit our local shops. 
Check out our New Amphitheater where you will be able to bring a picnic lunch or dinner and sit back and enjoy a concert or movie this summer.

We have new accessories coming in every month.  Our new lines will include lots of colorful accessories, monogrammed tumblers, keychains, iphone cases, bookmarks, and bag tags.  
Looking forward to introducing our new candle line coming soon.  

I really did not expect to open our shop so soon.  It all happened really fast.  I'm working a full time job and trying to manage the shop too.  So long hours, hard work and lots of patience and faith will pay off.
